To make selling with us as stress-free as possible, Leng Lui offers consignors access to a courier collection service in select countries. Our commitment to sustainable fashion goes beyond the pieces we sell. Every shipment arranged through this service is carbon-neutral at no extra cost to you.
How It Works
- You submit your consignment form, indicating whether you would like to use our courier collection service.
- We review your item and, if accepted for consignment, contact you to collect any additional information required, including your preferred collection address and payout details.
- Shipping costs, along with a suggested resale price are then confirmed with you before collection is arranged.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and arrange collection through one of our trusted partners.
- Your item is delivered to us and undergoes authenticity checks, any selected repairs or restoration work and condition review before being photographed, prepared for sale and listed on our website.
- Once sold, the cost of shipping arranged through this service is deducted from your final payout.

Important Information
All shipments arranged through this service include tracking and insurance. Items must be packaged securely and appropriately for transit prior to collection. Once collection has been arranged, the courier provider will contact you directly to coordinate pickup.
Use of this service is optional and shipping may also be arranged independently if preferred. If you would rather make your own arrangements, you must send items to us using a tracked shipping method and we strongly encourage you to use appropriate insurance coverage.
