All Sales Are Final 

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our pieces, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges or order cancellations.

All items sold by Leng Lui are pre-owned unless stated otherwise and may show signs of wear consistent with age and previous use. We encourage you to review all photos, descriptions and condition notes before making a purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee

We stand behind the authenticity of the pieces we sell. In the unlikely event you have concerns about the authenticity of an item purchased from Leng Lui, please reach out to us as soon as possible. 

All items sold with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) issued by Entrupy are covered by a money-back guarantee for a period of one year from the purchase date. Any authenticity claim relating to an Entrupy-certified item must be submitted within this 12-month period. If, following review, the item is determined to be inauthentic, a refund of the original purchase price may be issued. 

Any authenticity concerns relating to items authenticated with other trusted third-party providers will also be carefully reviewed by Leng Lui. All authenticity claims, reviews and resolutions remain subject to our Terms & Conditions. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the customer. 

If a customer refuses to pay applicable duties or taxes and a shipment is returned to Leng Lui, abandoned or destroyed by customs or the courier provider, Leng Lui reserves the right to refuse any refund of the original purchase price and shipping costs. 

Where a shipment is successfully returned to us, any refund issued will remain at the sole discretion of Leng Lui and may be reduced to account for original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges, administrative costs and any other related expenses incurred. 

Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Leng Lui is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorised use of digital gift cards once delivered to the recipient's email address provided at checkout. 

Charitable Donations

Leng Lui facilitates the collection of charitable donations on behalf of our partner, Paws United Charity, through optional contributions made by consignors via consignment forms and by customers at checkout. All donations collected by Leng Lui are transferred directly to Paws United Charity and are non-refundable.
