Consignment Service
Selling with Leng Lui is designed to be stress-free, rewarding and meaningful. Beyond preparing your item for sale, we take care of the finer details, from arranging pickup at your doorstep to coordinating any necessary repairs or restoration work. What's more, you can keep up to 90% of the final sale price and choose to donate part of your payout to our charity partner, Paws United, through Project 888.
How It Works
1. Fill out our consignment form and tell us about the piece you're looking to sell.
2. We’ll review your item and be in touch to provide pricing guidance and discuss next steps.
3. Send your item to us via our courier collection service or your preferred shipping provider.
4. We’ll authenticate your item and arrange any requested repairs or restoration work.
5. We’ll then photograph your item, prepare it for sale and list it on our website and socials.
6. Once your item sells, we’ll issue your payout by bank transfer within 10 business days.
What We Accept
We take pride in curating statement pieces and timeless classics from luxury designer brands. While our passion lies in sourcing vintage and archival treasures, we’re also happy to consider pieces beyond these categories that align with our edit. If you’re unsure whether your item is suitable for consignment, please get in touch.
Courier Collection
Leng Lui offers consignors access to a courier collection service in select countries. Once you receive your prepaid shipping label, please ensure items are packaged securely and ready to be picked up. Every shipment arranged through this service includes tracking and insurance, and is carbon-neutral at no extra cost to you.
If you would prefer to make your own arrangements, items must be sent using a tracked shipping method, and we encourage you to purchase appropriate insurance coverage.
Currently available in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong (complimentary), the Netherlands, New Zealand, Singapore, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Repairs & Restoration
Pre-owned pieces sometimes require a bit of care before resale. Professional repair and restoration services are available to consignors through our trusted partner, Pure & True.
Our shared approach is centred around the belief that any work carried out on vintage and archival pieces should only be undertaken where necessary. We focus on preservation rather than transformation. Wherever possible, original materials, finishes and characteristics are retained while addressing wear that may affect the longevity or functionality of a piece.
Once your item has arrived and undergone our authentication process, any approved repairs or restoration work will be carried out by Pure & True. This typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete, after which your item will be photographed, prepared for sale and listed on our website.
If you would prefer to arrange your own repairs, we recommend working with a reputable specialist and ask that details of any work carried out are included on your consignment form.
