Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. While we make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary during busy periods, holidays or circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email so you can follow its progress. Should we become aware of any delays affecting your order, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details associated with your order or account.
Local Shipping
We offer complimentary shipping on all Hong Kong orders. Local deliveries are fulfilled via SF Express and typically arrive within 1-2 days following dispatch.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
Estimated delivery times:
- Asia Pacific: 2-5 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 2-5 business days
- United States & Canada: 2-5 business days
- Rest of World: 3-7 business days
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier operations or unforeseen delays outside of our control.
Please note: we are unable to ship to PO box addresses and certain items may be unavailable for international shipping due to material restrictions.
Duties & Taxes
International orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means customs duties, import taxes and other related fees imposed by the destination country are not included in your order total and remain your responsibility.
If duties or taxes are refused and a shipment is returned to Leng Lui, abandoned or destroyed by customs or the courier provider, Leng Lui reserves the right to refuse any refund of the original purchase price and shipping costs.
Where a shipment is successfully returned to us following refusal to pay duties and taxes, any refund or store credit issued will remain at the sole discretion of Leng Lui and may be reduced to account for original shipping costs, return shipping fees, customs charges and any other related expenses incurred.
Insurance
All orders are insured for transit up to USD $10,000 and may require a signature upon delivery. For orders above this value, we will review available options for additional one-off insurance coverage where possible. If you are unable to sign for your parcel, any alternative delivery arrangements will need to be made directly with the courier provider.
Responsibility for an order passes to you once the shipment has been marked as delivered by the courier provider to the delivery address provided at checkout. Leng Lui is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by courier providers, customs clearance processes or incorrect shipping information supplied at checkout.

Leng Lui offers carbon-neutral shipping on all orders placed through our website and for every shipment arranged via our courier collection service at no additional cost to you.
